Yeah, this is how I started this line of enquiry. I can bandwidth-limit a torrent download at, say half what my ISP thinks I should get. Then run a speedtest in parallel without affecting the torrent. OKay, fair enough, the torrent traffic MIGHT somehow be counted (even thought its coming from different sources), but the speedtest doesn't increase tthe throughput my router thinks it's getting. (It is counting actual packets.)

There isn't one. The copper, fibre, transistor technology can only carry so many electrons and photons. Since almost everyone downloads 10x more than they upload, many providers make the balance asymmetric. You have 10 times the download rate that you have upload.

It kills the blades of the bolt cutter you could crack it once but you need to cut it twice, angle grinder is an option but needs several minutes, the greater chance is that they cut the bike rack

There was a guy that tried to cut the chain with a roughly 450€ bolt cutter and cracked the chain one time after that he needed to change the blades that costs roughly 150€

Folding lock if it has to be more flexible but they can easily be opened with a nut cracker, which most people wouldnt have with them if theyre not specialized on stealing bikes

I made a website to control my storage room in minecraft
it was made using cloudflare pages and some other things

Manager site (Hosted on cloudflare pages)
- sends a post requests to homeassistant via a webhook

Homeassistant (Hosted on a vps)
- receives the webhook post requests and invoke the script needed and switches the level that turns the dropper on and off via a input_boolean with MineAssistant

Minecraft (via the MineAssistant plugin)
- MineAssistant receive the entity event from homeassistant via websocket
- it then turns the level on then off to dispense the redstone dust
