I was reading some of the backstory behind the production and I think they were afraid that they would run out of material in the second season. They started to lean more into the backstories, which were the real meat, IMO.

I just updated from 2015 era trendnet poe switches to yuanlin poe switches and it solved all my poe camera problems and has also left me with a bunch more POE ports, primarily in my garage but also a couple in the house. Anyone has any cool ideas beyond cameras one could do with poe?

So I have a few wired extenders for wifi. 2 of them work just fine. this 3rd one did work fine but then all of sudden stopped getting the DNS or something from opensense

and many of the devices that route through it wirlessly can access the gateway and other devices on the network etc, but no internet access. and some of the devices can't even reach the gateway on it.

the stupid extender can't even ping the gateway which makes no sense at all
