Also, my post is now in draft, if I want to create another post first, I need to remove the draft, which contains some images that I cannot just save as text, since they need to be uploaded first. So i'm basically stuck if I don't want to lose my work. Anyhow, I get the spam problem, I just think it's not veryt well implemented. Maybe it would have been nicer to see the "uh-oh, you've added your third image/link, you're not allowed to do that" while writing the post, and not when it's all done and just prevent the actual posting. Also, the guidlines don't mention it, on the contrary, it says "be specific! add screenshots if it helps clarify!"

the new bootloader basically checks if there's a bootable fat32 partition and if there is none it boots with ssd

I have a Tesla Model 3 with the Full Self Driving package, and in doing some troubleshooting I have discovered that the Home Assistant Android app is interfering with the Tesla app's ability to "clear" the phone proximity sensor to allow Smart Summon to work

@south terrace This is correct. In my setup, I use two fire tablets mounted on the wall but you need HA fully setup on a server first using a Pi, for example. Also, I would recommend replacing the stock firmware on the Fire tablets as I had issues with the WebView view not playing nicely with HA webpage. Message me if you want more info

Thats what you need to do first, search Google for it. Once done, you can boot straight from USB3 to SSD. Best way is to use a snapshot from HA to restore after fresh install of hassio 5.1

I got 3 things of fish tape in the garage and two of them have broken ends. always thought i could just rebend the end into a hook but never got around to trying it lol

yea when you already have a line to pull with that's nice. I usually end up having to create that initial line using fish tape and whole lot of twisting and praying

if it's through a pipe then using string and vacuum makes my life easier

The only thing I know about pulling house wires is do not lubricate the cables with dish soap.

There's special stuff around for that, which won't turn into glue with time.
