I have a single tuya switch in my entire setup. The great thing about HA is the ability to mix and match and still have a unified control system. The switch in question is pain in my butt, but I'm also a stingy sob and hate replacing working stuff even if it's junk. 🤣

I’ve been working on an esphome project to do a tag reader that is Poe powered to unlock and lock my door and I’ve got the home assistant and tag reader side almost perfect, I just can’t figure out how I want to mount it. I thought about outside near the bottom of the door and then nfc stickers in my shoes but I’m worried about the texture making my shoes uncomfy if I put the sticker inside, and then I’m worried about the sticker falling off if I put the sticker on the outside of the shoe
