New installs. Tried it on a RPi4 with 8GB and now I'm on an i7-7700T. I'm trying to get an Atom Echo to meet the WAF. The only thing close so far is the internal Voice Assistant on the i7. That's plenty fast enough but I'm only get accurate command recognition about 50% of the time. Is this expected or should I go ask for support because something is broken?
Or should I not be testing with the Atom Echo? Is that my problem?

7x3.5" and 2x2,5" drives. One each of them is currently not connected to the system, but is there for swapping in once one drive is finished copying to my 5+1 wide ZFS pool. (One of the 8TB drives is pretending to be 2 4TBs temporarily.)
Once done, it'll be both 2.5s connected, and 6 3.5s connected, and it'll be closed back up. I was supposed to be putting it all in my new server case this weekend, but FedEx is useless, and my case is still in new Mexico despite assurances it'll still be delivered today in coastal Alabama...

My OTHER idea is to upgrade my desktop, and re-use the board/CPU in it (ASRock phantom gaming 4 and Ryzen 5700x) and just grab 64g of ddr4 ECC.

My first CD drive didn't use caddies. And it was purchased in January of 1991. It was a mitsumi drivr, and you pushed in and it popped out like one of those buttons. Then drawer split open and you placed the CD inside it, closed the lid and pushed it back in until it clicked.
It was internal, and used a proprietary interface ISA card.

at least the tuya bulbs have an updated integration. the sengled integration needs to be put into the configuration.yaml.. and if the bulbs aren't accessible when HA boots, they'll never be accessible, because it never polls. If the bulbs drop off the network because they're cheap junk, HA wont know, and will think it's turning them on and off....

I had a perfectly working setup but now to get updates I have to migrate to a setup that is far more difficult to maintain and setup. Feels like you are just forgetting what made you who you are, the community and open source. I was using core for the longest time, because it was fairly easy to maintain my setup. -- not using HA Cloud, nabu casa, but having all direct google integrations and remote access. Now, to maintain updates without pulling my hair out, I'm migrating to haos, but keeping the ssl certs synced with the firewall is turning in to quite a pita because of stupid vm/container/docker layers.... none of these were challenges when running core
