its usually a slightly different process but they are basically the same

vodka is made from neutral spirit which is distilled to the highest purity possible then water (ideally 95.6%) whereas gin is distilled at a lower percentage and the "gin basket" is within the still so that the vapours pass through the basket and absorb flavours

What method of backup do you use? I have HAOS running in a proxmox VM. All my other services are LXC containers, there I just create a snapshot of the ZFS root fs dataset, then offsite-backup that snapshot using restic backup. I have this automated.
