The reason I get paid well, is because people are useless and usually people are generally horrible at basic understanding of concepts and troubleshooting, the number of times I've come onsite to a customer site where partners have been onsite for three weeks with five people trying to figure stuff out, and I just enter the room, read some logs for 15 minutes and then the problem is solved 
Heck, I've had a case where our support and partners had been troubleshooting performance issues for 8 months
I went onsite for one day including travel by plane

I changed my password & forced logout for all clients, which finally required me to connect directly to the server to re-claim it (you can't do it with the https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/ URL) and then go into /config/.storage/core.config_entries to manually modify the token to allow HA to access the server again because attempts to reconfigure from the UI just fail with an error ending:

You need a higher powered soldering iron. You can adjust this using the temperature setting up to a point, but beyond that you need an iron with more power and higher thermal mass. The manufacturer has (through incompetence or malice) not included thermal reliefs on the pads connected to the ground plane.
