Allow Northwood Staff

Allow Northwood Staff to do their duties.

If I'm creating custom gamemode what steps can I take to not target NW Staff if they want to moderate and when can I target them if they want to play the custom gamemode?

it would be nice to mention that in the CSG

that NW just has to have access to that

Aside from ensuring you don't have any plugin based join gates which might prevent S&C members from joining (Including Moderation Systems), just ensuring players in Overwatch mode stay the way should be sufficient
