TL;DR
funny man on fire deals less damage the more health he has and can increase his health by killing
basically his attack is setting you on fire. it deals no direct damage, instead all the damage is taken on an interval for a set amount of time, like actual fire would. so essentially, you take stupid baby damage, alot.
for his concept, basically, the more health he has, the slower the damage interval is, shown below. (the time your on fire for does not change). however, this can also work in reverse, so the more health he loses, the quicker the damage interval starts going.
killing people will increase your health (you will receive additional max health if it must increase past the limit). if you find a corpse (who wasnt killed by you), you can absorb it and increase your health as well, but only about a quarter of your normal health (so if you killed somebody and got 100 health, absorbing somebody would give you 25)
