Stalker modding in its finest. For some reason developers of this mod decided to make this lab a no-flashlight section (it just turns off), so the only dynamic sources of light are muzzle flash and occasional lighting bugs. I must admit, it was quite creepy

It allows for you to appreciate the dynamic lighting that the devs put in

I would argue Stalker is not one of those games, nor the mods for it are. Despite the really advanced and good-looking dynamic lighting in this game, many people have flashlight turned on even during the daytime, when everything is clearly seen. I have no idea why, there isn't even a technical reason for this, it's just something I personally got used to
