So, this is basically an error from the cryptography library BouncyCastle where it was handed a null or uninitialised key and shat itself (not necessarily...)

This is probably some server list authentication going wrong and completely fucking up, or the data handed to the client was malformed.

This could also be your client having a little meltdown, so make sure to go to your SCP:SL properties and verify the integrity of your game files :]

In short, a little thing in the game got nicked (most likely) and decided to mess up your game. This could also just be a development error or serverlist API change, so if your client is out-of-date... Then that's why.
