i believe what is happening there is the sub-tick system working right
the subtick system processes slower when you slow down clips visually, but it is technically more accurate to the clicks that happened.
many clips of it 'failing' are due to this, when you click and where you click matters regardless of when the shot visually appears

as for the shot hitting his head it can probably be chalked up to inaccuracy on guns, since you were moving while firing from what i can tell

but the sub-tick here causes the data being sent to the server and then back to your screen to be Larger, since you are tracking more

the shot was accurate to where and when you clicked, but it just is delayed from appearing on your screen due to the larger size of each tick being sent
