I'm going to let the wings slide as they're pretty cool and it's sci fi
The (front) tail rudder shouldn't be that flat (or is it? it's hard to tell)

Perhaps there should be some visual mechanism as a seat for the pilot? Not the first time ive seen a scifi aircraft with a floating one tho
instead of the ring abruptly ending at the front, you could instead curve into into a sharp cone wrapping around the red sphere so it doesn't obstruct as much vision
