Modeling a sword is a basic exercise in 3d cause its a common and appreciated object. 2 or 5 mins is enough for a simple sword if you re pretty used to do stuff like that

Artistic stuff is a big subject where people always think their stuff is shit when its better than they think. If you wanna try new things. Try to make more rigged stuff. An exo suit is pretty cool to imagine. More things like separated pieces for mecha gauntlets. That means you need to measure specific parts of your body. More than usual.
