He is in no better position than Containment Officer is. A tiny placeholder, not much lore or anything around him. Going full blind with lets be real, no direction to take that kidna project since I am not part of the devs so I lack any insider information into a potential desgin

I don't have much to touch on with the sole designs of these guys- they all fit the bill and clearly you are adhering well to design philosophy. Thats not to say that these can't be pushed more, specifically I feel as if the "casual" one feels too close to the pre-existing facility guards. From a color and silhouette standpoint, they're practically the same. Alot of times it helps to start your design with an "iconic" element in mind. Like, what's someone I want people to notice first about this design?

As for the next two, as I understand you're designing these to fit in the SL canon? And looking at those ones they don't necessarily fit the best. They look like they might be more at home in a more authoritative and militarized version on the foundation. Rather than SLs canon. Most of this has to do with what the beret says about that ranking and order of this military class, like "why would they need to denote ranking?" These are small questions but they really add up when making a design that feels like it belongs.

As for the techy one, it just feels more at home with you're previous containment engineer sheets. Not getting a security officer vibe from this one

I often feel that most of the work that goes into a design is unseen, the research and thinking process behind a design is really what can make or break it
