It's not the same AI as we know it today. Not a generative one. There is no prompt or shit, you animate as usual, except keyframes get a better interpolation and some details sometimes. Basically just imagine animating normally without the refining spline phase. The software uses the "AI" term to sell it more to people
Ask for a facial rig and you ll never get it because it simply can't. Do whatever keyframes and it ll just break
That said, there is a feature where you can just add videos and based on the video it ll recreate a mouvement, keeping the bones constraints, that's probably the most AI thing from this software. But this is likely classic motion capture and it exists since many years
