Metallic can be treated as a mask for smoothness and it should work

For the second one you could do it a bit more like what fnaf pizza sim when you find like scrap baby and them other dudes in the back ally, a bright like on top, with an intense falloff to hide his body just enough he stays mysterious, but still exposed

i cant figure out how to pose the arms and legs on the models
if you click on the model's skeleton then at the top left where it says " object mode " you can select "pose mode ", where you can rotate and move the bones to create poses
on the right, this menu can be accessed by clicking the camera icon. Here you can change render engines, eevee is real time but not very good at indirect lighting, cycles is ray traced meaning it's slower but gives more accurate results

So, There's one thing I feel that it's lacking which is the action of 939 propelling itself upward, the fingers and the feet should have a bit of a glue like scenario where the feet's front and fingers should stay on the ground for a bit before reaching its up position similar to feet when we walk irl. I see that you might've taken inspiration from actual quadruped specimens which they don't have the similar movement we do (well most of them) which usually are pawed animals or animals with limited hand movement.
