Every enemy can be "killed" or "saved". Depending on which one you do, certain NPCs in the overworld might appear or not, others may have changed dialogue, you might be able to access areas you couldn't otherwise etc.

The idea of the game though is that you stick with the choices you make. If you kill everyone, thats the choice you made this run, but you can make a new save game and start over if you want.

It is unlimited. But even if you make a new save, unless you fully reset the game (which is like an options menu thing and not a "you can just do it whenever with no repercussions" thing), the game will remember what you did before, so its not really a "clean reset" per se

It's been 27 minutes without SCP:SL. I'm starting to go insane. I can't live without SCP:SL made by Hubert Moszka. Today I decided to go out for a walk, and I saw a dog wandering the streets. I immediately started to crouch and climb a wall. An old man approached me and I immediately shot him in the head a few times. I knew this would buy me enough time to run away. I decided to run back into my house and into my attic, where I saw a cassette player. I decided to play it so that the flamingos could spawn and it could be a flamingo victory. But it didn't work, so someone already spawned the flamingos and the MTF wiped them out. I can't live a normal life without SL. Please, fix the game.
