Which I imagine you would need more power considering the brain and atp and what not. That is a assumption. So again, personally the best case for a ai to nuke the world personally imo is if it has a isolted grid for itself. And it uses that to run it hacking and what not. Which is again very far fetch. And somehow able to do all of that. Ais would have a disadvantage for this overall. Big compute / humans. And personally it would need to stay hidden.
