Not at any school that is worth it. Typically, the schools hiring these sorts of people are either filled with other terrible teachers who need the really bad people to make them look better by comparison, can't find professors at all, or want to artificially inflate their placement numbers. In the case of this school, they have been hiring people out of their graduating classes for years, have multiple people on their faculty who have never shipped a project before despite being professors, and claim to have a 99.9% placement rate within like a year, despite that making absolutely no sense.

I also want to be clear, there are good professors in this department, however none of the good ones want to be there because they are smart and know they are working with idiots.

For example, the head of the game development program is the guy who obviously grades subjectively

and his usual solution to interpersonal problems within his courses is to victim blame, tell everyone to do better, then after it's too late to do anything, say "I wish I could've done more!"
