I would maybe recommend taking a look at the recommended specifications listed on the SCP:SL store page, and see if you have the money to upgrade your CPU and GPU to those specs at least for running SCP:SL. Both recommended stuff should not be too expensive on the market nowadays.

Your RAM should be sufficient in accordance with the recommended RAM, but I would see while you are at it about upgrading your RAM too, if you have the money for it. 16GB DRR4 should be inexpensive, and I think the DDR5 version should not be that more expensive.
