• when you leave you have 5 minutes to rejoin
• if the match ends before those 5 minutes and you haven't rejoined, you have no effects... so if you crash at the last moment you don't get banned
• your team cannot vote to surrender until that timer is over
• the game takes 30 seconds at most to open so even if you crash you'll probably be back before the end of the round
