Accelerated Back Hopping

Valve tried to nerf bunnyhopping, but made a mistake and created something even more powerful

basically they added a speed cap to limit how fast you can go while bhopping, but instead of slowing you down in the direction you're moving, it slows you down in the direction you're looking

which means if you bhop backwards it actually accelerates you (hence the name Accelerated Back Hopping)

also, the faster you are the faster you'll accelerate

the speed cap when crouch-jumping is 209hu/s (3.981m/s 14.33Km/h), but with ABH you can very quickly reach over 2200hu/s (41.91m/s or 151Km/h)
