if anyone else wants to take it up basically the suggestion is to switch SCP assignment to players from random chance to a pool based system. SCPs are randomly assigned to anyone in the "never been an scp yet" pool but once they have been an scp at least once, theyre removed from the pool until everyone has a turn and the pool restarts again. There would need to be a system to ensure that players dont just quit and rejoin to get into the pool again and abuse the system. There should be a weighting based on how long a player has played since the last time they were an scp so like a player playing 15 rounds without being an SCP once will have a higher chance than someone who just joined the server

Janitor as a class would probably pretty interesting if they were able to choose who to join when they escape, mistreated by the foundation but not exactly fond of the prisoners either
