have you updated your gpu's drivers recently ? amd drivers can get funky sometimes

i found something weird, when I launch the game in windowed mode, I think it launches in borderless fullscreen

maybe your game tries to go fullscreen but since you have an ultrawide screen it cant and shits itself ?

just for testing, try to set your desktop res same as the game 16:9
