#auto-targeted an empty stretch of track

@river crane I think we have another invisible outpost
I was able to beat the map without doing anything aside from retargeting
and I hit it again on the next map
@spice dust I don't assume you still got a save from that? Or a screenshot of the full map?
saved file is right below the image
I blame the heatwave
I had the same problem on the final map where the game targets one of my trains on an empty space, and when it auto-selects it, it just moves the train to that space and only destroys the track that's on it. Is the game suppose to put an outpost there, or is that a bug?
I've had the same problem on another map, on the tile immediately left of a real outpost (one of Crush Bot's maps I think? The one with two outposts on his side)
Another variation on that:
the enemy base is showing as connected to a target, even though it is not
this was a tiny bomb map iirc, if that helps
This.... is a different issue, but having the saves here is VERY helpful.
Shall I re-report it in a different thread?
Ideally... it's just that it's close to the end of my work day and I may lose sight of it otherwise. I am sorry.
no worries!
I think this is the map I was talking about, the space to the left of the destroyed outpost
another one I think?
Yup that one I found. 🙂 The upper outpost has the same. The board is actually supposed to come with two Mortars in these places (and yes, this is evil and yes, we all blame Liam)
I definitely blame Liam
especially for that map with the mortars on top and no overlap
But you can blame me for the actual bug that is. There was a technical change that resulted in boards that come with Deployables showing some of them as invisible. That is entirely my own fault. But we got it and it should be fixed in the upcoming patch
oh I blame nobody for serious. bugs happen, anyone who tells you different does not have your best interests at heart
