Copyable Maps

Add a toggle (with a warning first) to make your map copyable. This allows templates or stupidly hard map testings. However, if published, the creator thing would turn blue and become whatever the original creator put in the name slot. It would also link to the original creators profile.

Forgot to mention that it would automatically be off.
