first, why is your pc running windows 7, secondly, try verifying grab files on steam and try relaunching

9 years late to the party but yeah

i wish i had old pcvr headsets (if my gaming pc didn't explode)
but i'd recomend trying to uninstall and reinstall grab, and trying to change audio output settings inside steamvr dashboard

quest 3, quest 2, i would be able to use my psvr2 with a direct pc connection like a normal wired pcvr headset but my gaming pc

i can't really help much cause i don't have a htc vive nor i've never gotten this issue before
