I installed this on my D drive which has no steamvr games on it, but still won't let me download it

Slin i think i fixed it, I uninstalled it again and now it looks like it is installing

this 😄 drive dosen't have "Program Files (x86)" which my steam games are installed on that
D drive
i have gorilla tag installed on steam so idk where the files for that gone
