I will ALWAYS make this clear. not everyone has the ability to mod, or doesnt feel like doing certain glitches. Just because it can be done with mods does NOT mean it shouldn't be possible in vanilla gameplay.

This is probably not the best picture to go with it, because while its a nice idea to be able to only see in certain areas, it can be replicated with cylinders in the ground and only objects in the cylinder area. so if it can be replicated with regular blocks it may not be the best suggestion.
