I'm tiny and falling past myself in editor

This probably has something to do with the two player glitch but first it made me join someones lobby when I didn't join, next as I was moving around in editor and then it made me go into player mode but my hands were way below me and I was tiny, and I was just stuck like this , when I moved inside of editor, my camera moved as if I was in editor but I can't do anything cause I'm constantly falling
