Basically, when clicking the menu button on the wrist watch, it shows a quick menu where you can Mute and Unmute everyone, Open the GRAB menu, Respawn, Go back to the lobby/main menu and set a checkpoint. At the bottom right, it shows the GRAB logo with the current version and build number.
