When you have a transparent block selected (and you are in selection mode) you can use a slider to change the opacity.

Opacity is basically how less or more transparent the object can be ( so it could be so transparent that you cant even see it, or it could be looking like a normal block.

Understood. Opacity adjusts visibility. Low opacity = more transparent. High opacity = less transparent. Useful for design!
