I just checked in grab, after not really looking since the first of august, but i didn’t receive any of my limited edition items. Is there any way this can be fixed?

i’m looking at my playtime on my oculus, and it appears that i didn’t play on that day but the one after it. i do got a video (although maybe not appropriate) from one of my playing sessions last year with my friend. would there be any chance i could use that as like some form of collateral?

You had to claim the badge within the first 24 hours after August 8th 2024 1 pm est

the badge is about having played on that day, not before or after
