my game keeps crashing and Wong let me join ser ers

my game instantly crashes after joining/making a server. Ive already tried restarting my vr but it didn't help. (edit) I tried switched on to my alt account (on the same headset) and it alao instantly crashed. (edit) i uninstalled and reinstalled the game and the issue keeps happening. (edit) all other games work perfectly fine.

are you playing on quest? did it work in the past or is this your first time playing?

I am on quest and I have been playing grab on the same account for over a year.

at what point exactly does it crash? does it show you the lobby? does it crash when opening the menu?

It happens as soon as your screen goes black and I'm assuming that it crashes before anything loads in. I tried joining someone's private code to see if I would instantly crash if I put in the code or not and as soon as I pressed enter on the code it crashed

The game is perfectly fine inside the normal lobby

I was playing grab a couple hours before this started without any issues. I was creating a level in edititor, I saved it, and then pressed quit game before getting off

I see the menu completely normal

I can open each of the tabs without any issues (setting and credits)

I am trying to finish a small easter update that will be released later today and will fix the most common crash, but unfrotunately from the information you shared, I don't think that's the one that makes the game crash for you

i just got on to play and i went to editor but i lost a lot of data. around a weeks worth. i reset my game and headset and it didnt fix it. i think when i reinstalled the game yesterday it dDelete some of my data and im wondering if there's a way to get it back

unfortunately the level files are stored on your headset only until you publish them, so anything you didn't publish will be gone
