No. You ever join a random public lobby say “Hey” and get banned for no reason? Not even by a person I know just a completely random lobby

but a warning is not immediately a ban
might even be closer to 15 per day if I including warnings from inappropriate levels

I don't think that would help much with the number of reports. the goal of this would be to get more people to report
