Do you mean like the union circle in Scarlet and Violet, or something else?
Yeah something like that, maybe with more co-op features
I could see being able to request a battle or trade just by hitting 'A' on their character model or by selecting their icon on a map if you're separated.
Yeah that could be cool.
This might be tough to develop but the idea of doing boss fights together could be fun too
Like the co-op in the Let's Go games but ballanced?
A good way to do this, would be, once you defeated a story boss, next to where the battle took place, there is a portal/gateway on the ground. When you step on it, you can invite a friend to do a multi battle vs the boss and their right hand man. They would have a better team than the one they had when you battled them
Why not just have the multiplayer version available from the start if you're going to make one at all?
Whatever happens, I just hope that being in multiplayer doesn't prevent you from taking on any story objectives.
That's something I really appreciate from SV's union circle, even if you don't really get to watch the battles.
Because it's supposed to be your story, if you can do everything from the get go on multi, it changed the game dynamic. This way multiplayer is extra content, something similar to a challenge mode
