I think in Nexomon 3, for cosmics, since it will be an open world if I understand well, I suggest that you could add some sound, that will help cosmic hunters to not fail the cosmic if they didn't see it, and of course, the flashy healthbar could stay, oh, one last thing that I think of, if the name of the nexomons are write when we look at them precisely, if it is a cosmic, you could make the name shine too, like the flashbar

Sound cues are very helpful so I agree. Legends Arceus did a good job implementing it as a thing so we didn't fail in the open world. A sound and visual cue can help in some way, especially for colorblind players.
Yes, I think a sound cue and a visual cue as well would be a must have!! When I cosmic/shiny hunt, I often like to do it while doing other stuff too, so without any cues, it would be easy to miss cosmic nexomon.
It is VERY easy to miss a shiny in, for example, Pokemon Scarlet bc they didn't implement either into that game for when shiny pokemon spawn. I honestly don't even bother to try and shiny hunt in Scarlet bc of the lack of cues, I KNOW I would end up missing shinies and for how long it takes to encounter them? I don't find it worth it.
Meanwhile, as a counter example: I shiny hunt a LOT in Legends Arceus bc of the obvious sound/visual cues that alert me to shinies in that game. And to date, I have encountered at LEAST 10 completely random shinies in PLA that I would have NEVER seen bc I was either flying or running by without really paying attention.
TLDR: I would be more encouraged to cosmic hunt knowing that there were cues to alert me to a cosmic spawn!
I liked how it was done in PLA because once time i was scaling a mountain and heard the shiny sound out of nowhere lol. Made me save my game and have to look around for it
YES! I love hearing the cue, I always IMMEDIATELY scramble to save and then drop everything to look for it. The rush you get on hearing/seeing the cue is half the fun lol
How to tell PLA players: play the shiny sound and watch heads whip around looking for the 'mon.
