Your ground is frozen. Either rip it with the ripper on the back of the dozer or use the huge excavator from the orange beast dlc. You can end your season at the hotel and then skip your first day of the new season to continue digging without the dozer or huge excavator.

ngl I'm pretty upset I shut everything own unpluged it even and go to end my season and everything is broken.....
