I smelted around 23,000 oz in my game and the blacksmith said it was ready. When i picked it up there was nothing. It deleted the gold. No chest not able to sell the gold bars at the bank. This was done after I unlocked all of the magnetite upgrades. (Not sure if i sold magnetite while the timer was counting down for gold smelting?) Unfortunately the game also autosaves at that moment and Im unable to recover anything.
