Renting river town and broken landscape near the gate

i can't get in river town after renting it and there is a broken landscape near the entrance

First of all, we’re aware of the broken landscape near Rivertown and plan to fix it soon. Right now, though, we’re focusing on non-graphical issues like performance and making sure all systems work properly—especially with the new leaderboard season coming up. We want everything to run smoothly.

That said, we really appreciate you pointing it out! It’s great to see players noticing these things and caring about the game.

As for the entrance issue—that’s a serious problem, and we definitely need to fix it as soon as possible. I tried to reproduce the bug but haven’t had any luck yet. Could you share more details to help us track it down?

What difficulty are you playing on?

Did you save and/or load the game before encountering the bug?

Did you rent the location through the bank building or the tablet?

Does the bank correctly show that Rivertown is rented?

i'm on easy mode

and also since i'm using easy mode i just buy this claim so i can get in

it will be nice to see this fixed

i'm lucky playing in easy mode if i was on hard or medium that"s gonna be a serious issue
