Dear Support Team,
I am currently experiencing a recurring issue in Gold Rush: The Game regarding the connection and use of trailers.
When attempting to attach any trailer to a vehicle (e.g., the pickup truck), the coupling process appears to work at first glance:
The trailer’s support wheel lifts,
the support leg folds away,
and the hitch visually connects to the vehicle.
However, the trailer cannot be moved afterward. It remains stationary as if it’s not properly connected. Additionally, detaching the trailer is no longer possible through regular means.
A temporary workaround is to save the game, reload the save file, attempt the next step (e.g., recoupling), save again, and reload – often requiring several cycles. This workaround, however, only works occasionally.
In some cases, when either the trailer or towing vehicle is reset, the trailer starts behaving erratically – moving in unintended directions, sometimes even suddenly appearing on the opposite side of the parcel. This issue was not present last year.
To troubleshoot, I have already sold and repurchased the trailers, but the issue still persists with the new ones as well.
I have attached relevant screenshots for reference.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and let me know whether it's a known bug or if there is a fix or workaround available.
Regards
