No they cant as the OST is lincensed by Discovery which Code Horizon is not a part of from what I remember.

Yeah, but like the other dev's the could just buy a new licenses, only comes down to how hard Discovery are about it.
I could easy imagine the would be a hell to work with, but on the other hand, the could be easy, but it just cost to much.
either way, could be nice to just have the og music.

it is not likely that thewy will attempt to get the music back. you can always pull up the music on a website and play it tho
