Pizza cutter weapon

A weapon a dreamt up this morning. It's like the scissors, but more mobility oriented, the first attack swinging the cutter up, the next one down, and the third attack of the combo makes your ride the weapon, and I feel like that this weapon would either crit when you are riding it, or maybe when you kill multiple enemies in rapid succession by riding it.
