Velocity as-is is only useful if you have swift sword this makes speed boosts more useful in actually cool ways

Shock runner and stun runner seem cool, though I think maybe the stun aspect could be buffed a tad bit

Fire runner is also pretty neat. It's not really like the rolling affix for amulets since it would be constant with a speed boost active

I think I understand what you mean, but if there are two somewhat complex effects that do exactly the same thing it feels somewhat uncreative and boring. It’d be better if the two effects were similar or synergised together but if they are exactly the same, then the moment you get one, the other becomes useless.

good examples of effects that are similar or synergise, but aren’t the same are vengance and spite sword or shraxes and ripper
