#Visual change to skill cooldown mutations

Add some sort of visual on-screen when mutations like heart of ice, instinct of the master of arms, blind faith, etc reduce your skills cooldowns. I tend not to use these because I don't notice their effect hardly at all unless I'm using something with extremely large cooldowns like tonic, or a build designed specifically around spamming skills as much as possible. A visual effect would assist the player in knowing they should know to use their skill again soon.

I was thinking maybe something like a number value of the time reduced or a simple hourglass icon flashing by the player character when their cdr mutation is activated

any skills that are on cooldown get a little blue thing around them whenever CDR happens

That's like saying any of the status icons for stuff like berserker are intrusive, or the damage ticks when you hit stuff. I'm suggesting something at that level. It doesn't make you take your eyes off of where you're focused on which is usually the center of the screen

I'm not trying to say that your proposed system is intrusive

but it's just that what we have now is mostly suficient imo

Idk it's just basic QoL. Devs add stuff like this a lot
