what i said is probably not very convincing but i just think itl be neat for a mutation like tactical retreat to have a purpose

it gives 2 stacks of slow in u34, that's plenty imo given its large radius and duration scaling

This is just with a run or 2 so I might've just not seen another enemy next to the one I dodged, proc-ing it twice instead of once

Tactical retreat I don’t mind on 5BC as it lets me escape fast teleporting enemies often. It’s fun with colourless survival weapons with tactics scaling
