Move "Random outfit" mode into barber room, instead of custom mode.

I'd suggest moving a random outfit mode into a barber room as there is practically no reason for it to be in a custom mode, as it affects nothing in the game except making a use of unlocked outfits. The custom mode icon personally sorta annoys me, as random outfit toggle is the only one enabled for me and now i need to launch a custom mode just to use random outfits.

Ah, just saying that this toggle being in a custom mode is a weird thing, because it doesn't limit you anyhow or buff you, it's just a little cosmetic touch-up for people who want to simply play with random outfits

Should've clarify myself more on the reasoning instead of "making a use of unlocked outfits"
