shrines is free but at least it's once per run
boss nohits are up to 3

Boss no hits could be 2, same with shrines.
Boss no hits should still be more rewarding than just.. going to a biome
You have to fight the stone warden tho 
Stone Warden is piss easy if you have a build
just tanky
fully powered (especially Elite) Gold Gorgers will always be the most threatening singular enemy in Dead Cells
maybe Slammer is close second
stone warden is easy no matter what, su[er easy to dodge and not enough health to be an endurance run
If you Nohit all three bosses you deserve three legendaries of your choice

yeah, so why make it that players are almost guaranteed to have a near-full legendary loadout by the end of the run and thus destroy any semblance of a build the run once had
legendaries are meant to shake things up but they aren't supposed to replace your entire build most of the time
Boss doors already have legendaries, and giving the player more choices for what that legendary is would make it more likely to fit into their build, not less
There’s never a reason not to take a legendary, unless you just get one of the like, 5 weapons that are absolute garbage with or without
What if boss flawless doors contained legendaries equivalent to the tier of the boss you are fighting, aka 1 for concierge, conjunctivius, and mama tick, 2 for TK, giant and scarecrow, 3 for servants and HotK
cuz yea, getting three legendaries for flawlessing concierge is excessive
