Title explains it all. It should definitely be a custom mode option, as not to force it upon players, as it is definitely an intended gameplay feature, but i also think that with how powerful weapons can get in this game, I SHOULD be able to do more than 15% of the bosses healthbar in one hit. I know some disagree with me, but not only should it not be that hard to implement (please correct me if I'm wrong), but it has the potential to make some cool one-shot builds. Some might say "its there for a reason, its an intended gameplay feature" but so are health fountains breaking, and malaise being active in 5bc. So are Legendaries being a rare thing. So is only having 3 mutations. But Custom Mode doesn't care, so why should we?
#Custom Mode option to remove boss damage cap

They should increase boss cap to 25% but only for toothpick charged hit
at that point just remove it completely, clearly the better choice
Let me use Catalyst to its full potential
that never hits boss cap
nothing does really
if you're hitting the boss cap it's probably because of affixes and scrolls and synergies, not your specific weapon and its base stats
first off
it wouldn't be hard to implement
you can even edit damage caps with mods
second
I think you'd be better off shortening your reasoning
having an option to do something is never a bad thing and I can see why someone might want to do this
but your justification is long-winded, and I don't think most people find not having to play the game to be as "cool" as you do
so yeah
shorten this to what's important
I was never good at writing, could you help let me know what I could remove?
Fun idea, so long as it also disables achievements
well obv
Wasn't in the suggestion
